No. Like any other countries on the same latitude: Estonia (and more precisely the islands of Muhu and Saaremaa) have daytime lasts shorter than 12 hours in the winter; while the summer the daytime is longer than 12 hours.
As Muhu and Saaremaa are located in a latitude with a continental climate, any type of fruits and vegetables depending on this climate will grow.
Only the notary fees and translators fees are not included in the selling price and are to be paid by the buyer.

There are several shops (especially food shops) on the islands of Muhu and Saaremaa 5 minutes max from the location.
There are several ways of transportation:
- By boat: passenger or car allowed. It takes less than 30 minutes to cross. To book your trip you can click here: https://www.praamid.ee/en/homepage/
- By plane from Tallinn Airport, which lands in Kuressaare. One way takes 40 minutes. The route is operated by NyxAir. There are two flights per day from Tallinn to Kuressaare on workdays and one flight per day on each weekend day. All tickets are available to book online at: www.flynyx.com. The airport in Kuressaare is located right next to the city centre, approximately 30 minutes on foot or about 10 minutes by bus.
